Frequently Asked Questions
Can I drive my own car to Portugal for the tour?
Yes. You can drive it there yourself, have it shipped to the starting hotel through Renisetté, or hire a car from us instead. From the UK, the usual options are a Channel crossing and a drive through France and Spain, or a ferry from England to northern Spain followed by a shorter drive to Porto. Your car must be road legal, roadworthy and insured for every country on the route.
What do I need to drive a UK-registered car in Europe?
Display a UK identifier on the car, carry your full UK licence, V5C logbook and insurance details, and check your insurer covers European driving. Requirements change, so please check current government guidance before you travel.
When is the Portugal tour?
14–21 June 2027: seven nights from Porto to Portimão, finishing with the Portuguese Grand Prix on 19–20 June 2027.
How much does it cost?
From €25,980 per person with your own supercar. Supercar hire is available from €13,800 to €31,500 depending on the car.
Is there a minimum driver age?
Yes. All drivers must be aged 26 or over.
Can you ship my car to the starting hotel?
Yes. If you would rather not drive to Portugal, Renisetté can arrange for your own car to be shipped to the starting hotel, so you can simply fly out and collect it.
Can I fly and hire a car instead?
Yes. Around half of our guests hire through Renisetté. The car is delivered to the starting hotel and collected at the end of the tour.
Can passengers join without driving?
Yes. The Passenger Spa Package lets non-drivers skip selected driving days and travel directly to the next hotel.

Our Italian and Monaco Grand Prix journeys are future tours you can register interest in, and we create bespoke private and corporate tours across Europe.
